How to Register
You can register by credit card payment via the online registration form on http://www.cvent.com/d/4tqt1n/4W. Online registration will close on May 23, 2018, at 4 p.m. (EST). Walk-in registration will be available at the conference. For registration by phone or registration problems please call 814-863-0291. Please register before May 23, 2018.
There is no cost to attend Energy Days for Penn State employees or students. However, a charge will be incurred if a Penn State faculty, staff, or student registers and does not show for the conference. The charge will be $50 and will be billed the employee’s or student’s department. Penn State employees and students may cancel by May 23, 2018, to avoid any charges.
The cost for non-Penn State attendees is $100 (non-refundable).
You will be alerted of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
